Personal Property
Whilst every reasonable care will be taken, Seeds of Compassion cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
Suitable Clothing Policy
You are responsible for wearing adequate clothing fit for the purpose of being outdoors in all weather. This means weather appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. (Wellies or walking boots are ideal) Even on sunny days long trousers and long sleeves are preferable. This is to avoid scratches, stings and bites. Please bring more rather than less. Please don’t bring anything of high value or sentimental importance.
Cancellation of Place
If you cannot attend for any reason a refund will be provided as long as 7 days notice is provided. If less than 7 days notice is provided, no refund will be provided but you can transfer your fee to alternative session.
If Seeds of Compassion needs to cancel for any reason full refunds will be offered.
Complaints Procedure
If you are unhappy with the session or service provided, please discuss your concerns. Your concerns will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
Data Protection Act
Under the Data Protection Act your consent is required to store your information on our database. This information stored must be relevant, accurate and current. Data held by Seeds of Compassion will only be used to contact you in relation to appointments, newsletters, workshops and special offers. Any contact made will be by email, telephone or post. Your data will not be passed to any third parties.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you provide permission for your details to be stored on Seeds of Compassion database for as long as legally required.

Please make it known if you do not wish any photos of you to be taken and or published on social media, local newsletters, websites or any other advertising means.
Weather
Outdoor element of the session may be cancelled in the case of hazardous weather conditions e.g. high winds (over 39mph) causing risk of falling branches, lightning and sub-zero temperatures. In case of hazardous weather conditions, you will be notified of alternate options.
Outdoor element of session
Within the session, there may be opportunities for a sensory walk, sit around a fire pit and/or barefoot walking. All of these activities come with potential risks to safety and well-being (copy of risk assessment available). These include risk due to falling branches, potential trip hazards, and fire related injuries. Whilst attending Seeds of Compassion sessions, you are responsible for yourself and your possessions. Seeds of Compassion accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to person or property. If you do not wish to participant in any of these outdoor elements of the session, then please advise on the day.
Allergies
Please inform us of any known allergies or dietary requirements you have for refreshments e.g dairy intolerances, nut allergies etc. Please also make us aware of any allergies to insect bites or stings and ensure you bring your own repellent. Bring any relevant medication necessary for allergic reactions.
